Tebow Talk
Strong criticism is unfairly being broadcasted towards Tim Tebow. People are saying he doesn’t have what it takes to make it in the NFL. This is also a favorite conversation topic for Gator haters nationwide and does pose an interesting debate on how good he will do if he goes pro.
People are saying Tebow isn’t used to running a pro style offense and that he could have trouble lining up behind center in say an I-form offense. And he’s also been criticized for not having to make enough reads before either dumping the ball to Percy Harvin or running with it. Those are some pretty harsh words to say about college football’s all-time best player.
Hopefully, the upcoming season will put all doubt to rest and put something in the mouths of all those doubters . . .like their foot. This season the offense is going to use the I-formation to try to run the ball more, so look forward to Tebow standing behind the center and not always lined up in the spread offense. Also with the loss of Harvin, Tebow will be called upon to make more plays that’ll show off his talent.
These knocks on Tebow do seem to have some validity, but the amount of determination he’s shown in the past, gives promise that he can conquer anything.
