A lot of things in life have certain initiations that must be followed in order to join a group or team of some sort. For some, an initiation might be a ceremony. But, for the Broncos, initiation for rookies means a new haircut. And the barbers for the haircut? Team mates.

The ritual happened Saturday night during practice. Tim Tebow was one of the lucky rookies to get the fierce new ‘do. Broncos Running Back LenDale White posted a picture of Tim on Twitter. Tim received a friar like hair cut. Tebow wasn’t the only one to get cut. Receiver Eric Decker, left guard Zane Beadles, Nathan Overbay and offensive lineman Eric Olsen also got new looks. Tim now has a new team, new arm swing, and a new ‘do.
