Gator Nation… Tim Tebow is back! Well… not literally but on the front cover of NCAA football 2011 which is being released tonight at 12:00 midnight.

Everybody who has pre-ordered the copy of the game will be able to go and pick it up at midnight when Game Stop opens up. It’s exciting to see the former Gator and Heisman trophy winner on the front. It’s special for all Gator fans and with Tebow being featured on the front cover is the main reason why most people are wanting it.

Every year I pre-order the game and at the end of the season I end up selling mine, but this one I do not intend on selling. Even when the game gets old and 2012 is released, it will still be a collectors item for me because of the cover.

The game is being sold for $59.99 for Xbox 360, PS3, and playstation 2.

It really wasn’t too surprising that Tebow was put on the cover, his numbers during his four years he spent at the University of Florida said it all. Tebow threw for a total 9,286 yards and 88 touchdowns, and breaking a school record with 57 rushing TDs. Probably one of the greatest players to ever play for the Florida Gators.
